Thomson’s annual Car Show at the Depot draws hundreds of people to downtown Thomson to view dozens of antique and collectible autos, cars and trucks.

Trophies and prize money will be awarded to those declared winners in different categories of the car/truck show.

Belle Meade Hunt
Opening Meet

Ride along on a Tally-ho wagon for what is likely the largest opening day meet of any foxhunt in the world, riding through the historic sites and beautiful rolling countryside of McDuffie County, following hunters and hounds on a simulated fox hunt. This is truly an unforgettable McDuffie County tradition!

Located 2 hrs east of Atlanta and 30 minutes west of Augusta off I-20. Take exit 172, and travel north, turn left on Stagecoach Rd, and left on Wrightsboro Rd.
