Clarks Hill Lake is one of
the 10 most visited lakes in the nation, boasting some of the country’s best bass fishing and is host to numerous
local, regional and national tournaments. If you’re looking for a more intimate fishing hole, try the McDuffie
Public Fishing area, with 7 stocked pond’s for bream, bass and catfish angling.
Visit a house museum!
Hickory
Hill, the 270 acre estate of U.S. Senator Thomas E. Watson has been richly restored to its 1920’s appearance.
